The majority of our work is management and leadership consulting — designing the processes, operating systems, and hiring practices that help a company scale. We also build websites, apps, and ad campaigns through our sister agency Meta Mercury Media, and, for a smaller set of real-estate clients, we connect operators with capital sources and coordinate project budgets.

No. Gap Fund is service-based only. We do not sell any product and we do not invest money. On the capital-connection side we facilitate introductions and coordinate budgets — we never lend, invest, hold, or distribute funds, provide legal or investment advice, or broker securities.
Who leads the firm?
Our founder holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Leadership Science — combining operational experience with the science of how organizations and leaders perform. That's the perspective behind every engagement.
